A one-day co-creative workshop in which we collaboratively define the V.I.S.U.A.L. framework (visual strategy and activation) for your brand or business, and translate it into actionable visual guidelines that are embraced by the team.

  • Brief introduction to the team and objectives
  • The importance of clear, strategic, and impactful visual communication
  • Objectives of the V.I.S.U.A.L. framework

10:00 – 11:15 | Block 1: Conscious Seeing

  • Discussion of the SWOT analysis of current communication
  • Analysis: What do visuals, style, rhythm, and composition currently convey?
  • Insight: What stands out, what’s missing, what resonates?
  • Output: Visual strengths, pitfalls, and opportunities are mapped out

11:30 – 12:45 | Block 2: Conscious Choosing

  • Working session: What values, emotions, and interactions should visuals evoke?
  • Making choices: Visual positioning, tone, and stylistic directions
  • Case review: What does and doesn’t fit your brand context?
  • Output: Description of the visual brand direction and key principles

12:45 – 13:30 | Lunch Break

13:30 – 15:00 | Block 3: Conscious Doing

  • Discussion: Which visual outputs require speed and impact?
  • Exercise: Building blocks for a visual approach (content + form)
  • Which elements need to be flexible/reusable?
  • Output: Tailored structure and visual building blocks

15:15 – 16:15 | Block 4: Conscious Having

  • Plan: How do we anchor this visually within your team?
  • Action: How do we organize ourselves – who does what, when, and how?
  • Tools: What visual KPIs, templates, and guidelines will we use?
  • Output: Activation plan + first draft of the visual toolkit

16:15 – 16:45 | Summary & Next Steps

  • Recap of key insights
  • Concrete follow-up actions + assignments
  • Evaluation & closing

The Visual Breakthrough Day is facilitated in Dutch or English and thoroughly prepared so we can immediately focus on what matters. You’ll receive the full output within 7 days after the session. We work with a transparent flat rate of €1940 excl. VAT per session, including preparation and output.
